Try scuba diving (baptism)

Beginner Courses
Basic Diver
Your first real step into diving. In one day, you'll learn the essentials and get in the water with an instructor, without committing to anything else.
Scuba Diver
SSI certification in two days. You dive to 12 metres accompanied by a professional and then you start moving on your own.
Open water
The certification that opens up the world to you. Upon completion, you can dive to 18 metres with your buddy, in any sea on the planet.
Advanced courses
Advanced Open Water
The next level: you go down to 30 metres and try five different types of diving to discover which one hooks you the most.
Specialties
Deep Diving
Up to 40 metres with judgement and safety. Learn to plan deep dives and manage everything that changes down there.
Enriched Air
More bottom time and less fatigue on exiting. Learn to dive with nitrox and make the most of it on every dive.
Diver stress and rescue
The course that changes you most as a diver. Learn to prevent problems, recognise them in time, and help your buddy.
Perfect buoyancy
Stop fighting with your buoyancy aid. Learn to hover in the water effortlessly and you'll use less air and enjoy yourself more.
Wreck diving
Wreck diving is like time travel. Learn how to explore them safely and read the history held within each sunken ship.
Marine ecology
Understand what you see underwater. Learn how the Mediterranean ecosystem works and dive with a new perspective.
Navigation

It isn't a course, it's an SSI recognition: you get it by completing 2 specialities and logging 12 dives.

SSI's highest recreational level. Deep, Stress & Rescue, 3 more specialties and 50 dives under your belt.
