These terms and conditions govern reservations, changes, cancellations, and participation in the activities offered by Disfrutones Diving Club<\/strong>, trade name of D3sworld 2026, S.L.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

The reservation or booking of any activity implies acceptance of these conditions, without prejudice to the specific conditions that may apply to each particular course, excursion, experience or service.<\/p>\n

2. Activities offered<\/h2>\n\n

Disfrutones Diving Club offers activities related to recreational diving, training, snorkelling, guided trips, taster dives, fun dives, night dives, private experiences, activities for hotels, groups, and other services connected to the aquatic environment.<\/p>\n\n

Each activity may be subject to specific requirements regarding age, health, experience, certification, minimum number of participants, sea conditions, availability of places and safety criteria.<\/p>\n

3. Booking process<\/h2>\n\n

Reservations can be made via the website, WhatsApp, email, telephone, external platforms, hotels, partners, or other channels enabled by Disfrutones Diving Club.<\/p>\n\n

An information request does not imply a confirmed reservation.<\/p>\n\n

The booking will only be confirmed once Disfrutones Diving Club has expressly confirmed the availability of a space, date, and activity, and once the corresponding payment, deposit, or confirmation has been made, if applicable.<\/p>\n

4. Pricing and payments<\/h2>\n\n

The prices published on the website are valid at the time of publication and may vary depending on the season, availability, type of activity, number of participants, location, included materials, insurance, certifications, extras, or specific conditions.<\/p>\n\n

When an activity indicates a price \u201cfrom\u201d, the final price may vary depending on the specific features of the booking.<\/p>\n\n

Unless otherwise indicated, prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes.<\/p>\n\n

Payment can be made by any methods enabled at the time: bank transfer, card, payment gateway, cash, payment link, external platform, or other means accepted by Disfrutones Diving Club.<\/p>\n

Card payments are processed through the secure Redsys payment gateway. Card details are entered directly into the bank's secure environment via an encrypted connection (SSL\/TLS protocol) and are not stored by Disfrutones Diving Club at any time. The transaction may require strong customer authentication in accordance with PSD2 regulations.<\/p>\n

5. Customer Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n

The general cancellation policy will be as follows, unless otherwise specified for a particular activity:<\/p>\n\n

  • Cancellation with 48 hours' notice or more:<\/strong> free cancellation with the right to 100% refund<\/strong> of the amount paid.<\/li>\n\n
  • Cancellation between 48 and 24 hours before the activity:<\/strong> right to a 60% refund<\/strong> of the amount paid.<\/li>\n\n
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance:<\/strong> the reservation will be non-refundable<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n
  • No-show on the day of the activity<\/strong> will be considered a late cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    Justified exceptions may be accepted, particularly for medical reasons, provided the client provides valid and sufficient medical documentation. In such cases, Disfrutones Diving Club may, depending on the circumstances, offer a date change, a voucher, or a partial or full refund.<\/p>\n

    6. Date changes requested by the client<\/h2>\n\n

    The client will be able to request a change of date, always subject to availability and the organisation of the activity.<\/p>\n\n

    Requests for changes made with more than 48 hours' notice can be managed at no extra cost, provided availability.<\/p>\n\n

    Requested changes with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to availability and may be considered a partial or late cancellation, as applicable.<\/p>\n\n

    Disfrutones Diving Club reserves the right to apply management fees or limit date changes when the request affects the planning of instructors, equipment, spaces, boats, collaborating centres, or third parties involved.<\/p>\n

    7. Cancellations due to weather, sea conditions, or safety<\/h2>\n\n

    Water activities are subject to weather conditions, sea state, visibility, currents, area safety, operational availability and the professional judgement of the responsible team.<\/p>\n\n

    Disfrutones Diving Club reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an activity if conditions are deemed unsuitable or unsafe.<\/p>\n\n

    In the event of cancellation due to weather, sea conditions, safety, or operational reasons attributable to the organisation, the client will be offered one of the following options:<\/p>\n\n

    • Date change.<\/li>\n\n
    • Alternative activity.<\/li>\n\n
    • Credit or voucher to carry out the activity on another date.<\/li>\n\n
    • Refund of the amount paid, where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

      The final decision regarding the safety of the activity will always remain with the responsible professional team.<\/p>\n

      8. Health requirements<\/h2>\n\n

      The client declares that they are in suitable physical and health condition to undertake the contracted activity.<\/p>\n\n

      Certain activities may require the completion of a medical questionnaire, a declaration of responsibility, a medical certificate, or additional documentation.<\/p>\n\n

      If the client has any medical conditions, injuries, is pregnant, is taking relevant medication, has any illnesses, a medical history, or doubts about their fitness to dive or participate in water activities, they must report this before the activity and, where appropriate, provide medical authorisation.<\/p>\n\n

      Disfrutones Diving Club reserves the right to refuse participation in an activity if it deems there to be a risk to the safety of the client, equipment, or third parties.<\/p>\n\n

      Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in exclusion from the activity without reimbursement.<\/p>\n

      9. Certification and Experience Requirements<\/h2>\n\n

      Some activities, such as guided excursions, fun dives, night dives, deep dives, specialties, or specific dives, may require prior certification, minimum experience, a number of logged dives, valid insurance, or equivalent documentation.<\/p>\n\n

      The client shall provide truthful information about their certification, experience, last dive, level, and personal conditions.<\/p>\n\n

      Disfrutones Diving Club may adapt, limit or deny participation if the client's level does not meet the safety requirements of the activity.<\/p>\n

      10. Punctuality and Non-Attendance<\/h2>\n\n

      The customer must present themselves at the location and time indicated on the activity confirmation.<\/p>\n\n

      Delays can affect the development of the activity, especially when it depends on ship schedules, groups, collaborating centres, instructor planning or sea conditions.<\/p>\n\n

      Late arrival may result in the forfeiture of the activity with no refund entitlement if rescheduling is not possible.<\/p>\n\n

      Failure to attend at the agreed date and time will be considered a late cancellation, and therefore, no refund is possible.<\/p>\n

      11. Minors<\/h2>\n\n

      The participation of minors will require authorisation from their parents, mothers, guardians or legal representatives.<\/p>\n\n

      Minimum ages, accompaniment requirements, specific safety conditions, and additional documentation may apply depending on the activity.<\/p>\n\n

      Disfrutones Diving Club reserves the right to refuse participation for a minor if legal, safety, or necessary documentation requirements are not met.<\/p>\n

      12. Customer Material and Behaviour<\/h2>\n\n

      The client must make correct use of the materials provided and follow the instructions of the professional team at all times.<\/p>\n\n

      The client undertakes to act in a prudent, respectful and safe manner, both with the equipment, other participants, the marine environment, the facilities and the materials.<\/p>\n\n

      Disfrutones Diving Club may exclude from the activity, without entitlement to a refund, anyone who:<\/p>\n\n

        \n
      • Do not follow the safety instructions.<\/li>\n\n
      • Present reckless, disrespectful, or dangerous behaviour.<\/li>\n\n
      • Be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substances incompatible with the activity.<\/li>\n\n
      • Put your safety or that of third parties at risk.<\/li>\n\n
      • Intentionally damage the material or facilities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

        Damage caused by misuse, negligence or improper conduct may be claimed from the customer.<\/p>\n

        13. Insurance<\/h2>\n\n

        Activities may include insurance when expressly stated in the activity description or booking confirmation.<\/p>\n\n

        For certain activities, particularly for certified divers, valid diving insurance may be required.<\/p>\n\n

        The client will be informed when they need to provide or take out specific insurance.<\/p>\n

        14. Courses and training material<\/h2>\n\n

        In dive courses, the issue of training materials, certifications, agency fees, digital content, or third-party services may be subject to specific conditions.<\/p>\n\n

        Once the training material, fees, or certification have been issued or activated, these amounts may be non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n

        Final certification will depend on the fulfilment of the training, theoretical, practical, safety and assessment requirements established by the relevant certifying agency.<\/p>\n

        15. Images and audiovisual content<\/h2>\n\n

        Photographs or videos may be taken during the activities for informational, promotional, or souvenir purposes.<\/p>\n\n

        The use of identifiable customer images will require the corresponding consent when necessary.<\/p>\n\n

        The client can inform at any time if they do not wish to appear in promotional content.<\/p>\n

        16. Reservations made through third parties<\/h2>\n\n

        When an activity is booked through external platforms, hotels, agencies, marketplaces, collaborators or other intermediaries, the conditions of that platform or collaborator may also apply.<\/p>\n\n

        In the event of conflicting terms, the booking confirmation and the specific terms of the channel used shall prevail, without prejudice to the safety and organisational rules of Disfrutones Diving Club.<\/p>\n

        17. Right of admission and security<\/h2>\n\n

        Disfrutones Diving Club reserves the right to refuse, modify, or suspend any person's participation where there are grounds of safety, health, behaviour, lack of documentation, lack of fitness, sea conditions, or non-compliance with these terms.<\/p>\n\n

        The safety of participants, the team, and the environment will take precedence over the completion of the activity.<\/p>\n
